Group Fitness

Group Fitness is an opportunity to be a part of a group in a class setting. All the classes that are available on our schedule are geared for all fitness levels. Any of the instructors would be happy to show modifications for any exercise to help you get the most out of your class. There are a wide range of classes from Yoga to Aqua-Bata with only the best instructors for each of the classes offered.
