Water Aerobics

Classes are aimed at toning the muscles using water weights. Participants may work out at their
own pace, and the instructor will give modifications during the class. This type of low-impact
exercise uses muscles throughout the entire body. The class is available to men and women of
all adult ages. Classes are currently scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday 8-9am.

$5 guest pass/person for anyone ages 4-17 and 62 years+
$7 guest pass/person for anyone ages 18-61


PLEASE NOTE:

To ensure the safety of our guests, we will close the pool due to weather
conditions such as thunder and lightning. A lifeguard must be on duty and present before
anyone is allowed to use the pool. There are NO exceptions.
